Health and Wellness

I love to eat. If I could do it all the time I would. Probably my biggest weakness is cheese fries. But, I have decided to start attempting to eat healthier foods as well as work out 5-6 times a week. Obviously, eating well is not always easy on a college budget, but I'm trying to turn it into a habit now so I don't have to worry about it later on down the road. I am not a certified nutritionist by any means, what I post is just the way that I choose to eat and exercise. Every body and everybody is different and it is important to stick to a routine that works best for you!
